Our Original Sourdough Loaf is small-batch long fermented loaf to develop deep flavor, an open crumb, a beautifully blistered crust and naturally leavened. Baked fresh in our Little Dala Microbakery, this loaf delivers the classic tang and aroma that only true sourdough can offer. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, or tearing apart at the table.

All items are made under Idaho’s Cottage Food Laws in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Health.
